Dutch Pharms
Dutch Pharms provides assistance for Michigan residents who are familiar with the current Medical marijuana laws but are not fully knowledgeable on how to become a patient or caregiver, and may only need to be pointed in the proper direction to properly obtain their state certified license to possess and grow medicinal marijuana.
A licensed and certified state physician can sign off the proper paperwork and documentation for a patient to be covered under the 8th section of the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act of 2009, which does not require a patient to register their physician certified paperwork for medicinal marijuana use; but will not provide section 4 immunity. For that reason we believe it is best to register the physician certification with Michigan and receive a LARA hard patient and/or caregiver card.
As a registered patient, under the new Michigan laws, one is legally allowed to possess and transport up to 2.5 dry or usable marijuana, grow a maximum of 12 plants in an enclosed locked facility, as well as join compassion clubs and provisionary centers, where medicinal products can be obtained.
As a Registered Caregiver, under Michigan Laws, one can grow 12 plants per patient, carry 2.5 dry and/or usable marijuana per patient, including their own medicine, caregivers can also be compensated for their time and final product.
